TIPS For Maintaining a Clean Diet
It's the WEEKEND!
You know what that means! Time to PLAN and PREP!
So you messed up this past week, made a few ill choices. SO WHAT! Move on and START FRESH! Everyday is a NEW day and sometimes all you need is a little PLANNING!
Here are some tips to help you stay on track:
1.) Put together a WEEKLY MEAL PLAN!
This doesn't mean your not going to make some changes throughout the week. Come on! Life throws some curve balls right?! But if you are like me you will spend WAY too much overthinking "what should I eat?!" This will also significantly help when it comes to your grocery shopping....and you wont end up with items you DONT NEED!
2.) MAKE a grocery list!
Write
out your list according to your supemarket layout. That way you have a
solid and concise plan and can get in and out without wavering from the
plan!
3.) Go shopping on a FULL stomach!
Your eyes are BIGGER then your stomach
