I have been trying to find a
rolled oats recipe forever -
I am a picky eator and the traditional rolled oats was just too bland for me. I now have this breakfast EVERY morning! I found this recipe on another youtube/blogger page (you can check that out here:Face_Junkie) I HAD to try it out and my gawd im SO glad I did!!
Ingredients:
*Organic Rolled Oats
*Egg whites
*Natural Peanut Butter
*Cinnamon
*Honey
Directions:
-Take 1 cup of water add to pot for stovetop.
-Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats to pot and let come to a boil, reduce to simmer and cover until desired texture/consistency.
-Take (2) eggs and sift out yolk OR use egg whites. Fry in frying pan.
-Place ready rolled oats in bowl, add desired amount of cinnamon and a dash of honey for sweetness
-Add 1tsp of Natural Peanut butter
-Place your rolled oats on top of your egg whites or vice versa and eat together!
