Um, ok so I just knocked out TURBFIRE HIIT 20 AND Insanity Cardio ABS!!!! TWO workouts tonight! This is the BEST I have ever done when it comes to my commitment to my workouts/weightloss goals! MAN! There needs to be a button you can push to give you teaser of how GREAT you feel post workout to remind you of how WORTH it it will be!
I am 100% certain that it comes from the added support of my bf Sean who is a constant encourager and makes me yummy healthy meals! AND the motivation and accountability I get from my Challenge group friends!! THANKYOU! I am MORE determined then ever and am ready to kick it up a notch in my upcoming Challenge groups and am so excited for those of you that are going to be joining me! Now I want more accountability partners! Friends that are DETERMINED and serious about getting in shape for summer! Get bored easily? How bout a HYBRID?!





MY HYBRD SCHEDULE
So I have finally come to the conclusion that, I needed to shake things up!
I had such great  results with Insanity but found that I got bored really quickly with the workouts being so repetitive. I have SO many Beachbody programs and I love bits and pieces of each of them! So today I took out the ol' paper and pen and made my OWN hybrid schedule!

If you LOVE cardio and are looking to see drastic results you cant go wrong with Insanity or Turbofire. I am JUST starting TF but am not very coordinated when it comes to the moves so I found a few workouts in the program that are more my thing and BAM!
I believe in the philosophy that you should set yourself up to SUCCEED!
Why put so much pressure on yourself..Set realistic goals that you can reach..and then CHALLENGE yourself to push past your comfort zone.
